How To Buy Stuff For Your Character(s):
What can you purchase?
Non-Specific to Groups:
Specific to Groups:
Your character can only use an ability specific to a group if he or she has a heritage in that group and thus has the elemental affinity of it. This does not count for "revelation" abilities such as "Voice of the Earth" or "Soul of the Sky", but your character must be in that group to purchase that ability. (For example, a former pet who joins Sunnysands would be able to purchase "Life of the Flame", but would not be able to purchase "Solar Power" unless he or she somehow had recent ancestors in Sunnysands.)

SUNNYSANDS
- Step One: Read these rules through carefully.
- Step Two: Find item(s) you want to purchase for your character(s).
- Step Three: Check to make sure you can purchase these item(s) with your current amount of magickal moniez.
- Step Four: Post a new thread saying what you would like to buy and which character each item is going to.
- Step Five: Wait patiently.
- Step Six: When a mod posts in your thread saying your magickal moniez have been deducted, then you may add those items to your character's profile page. Do not add anything you did not buy.
- Step Seven: Enjoy. Remember, a character gaining one of these abilities is essentially the guardian deity of their group appearing to them in a dream and telling him or her about the powers that have been "awakened". If your character is a loner, then a randomly selected deity will appear in a dream to tell him or her.
- Step Eight: Remember to note that, unless a character has Unburdened, a character can only have three items bought and in use at a time.

- Silvertongue: Your character will be more adept at persuading other characters or convincingly lying when they use this ability. Cost: 2,400

- Unburdened: Enables your character to have eight items from this store instead of just three. This item does not count towards the maximum item count. Cost: 4,000
- Angel Tears: Saves your character from certain death, just once. Cost: 6,500
- Reset: Heals all the injuries your character is suffering from, such as broken limbs that didn't heal properly, torn ears or large scars that hamper movement. It can also reverse the effects of aging, such as failing eyesight. (Can be used twice.) Cost: 7,000
- Dreamwalker: Enables your character to "walk" in others' dreams. Note that if the character is spotted inside the dream, the dreamer might conclude that said character is dreamwalking. Cost: 4,000

CRASHINGWAVES
- Element Upgrade — Crashingwaves: For cats in Crashingwaves or of Crashingwaves heritage, this upgrade will enable them to manipulate their Water abilities into that of Ice; they will be able to create piercing icicles and slippery areas. Cost: 5,500
- Terror of the Deep: Though cats in Crashingwaves are good swimmers, there's no promises about how long they can hold their breath. With this ability, your character will be able to hold their breath for long periods of time (but not indefinitely) and not be buffeted around by waves as much when swimming in the ocean. Cost: 2,500
- Element Resistance — VS Ruinplace: Air-based attacks from cats of Ruinplace tend to hurt Crashingwaves cats more than any other. With this ability, a cat with Crashingwaves heritage will find their attacks more effective against Ruinplace cats and will find themselves taking less injuries from Ruinplace-based attacks. Cost: 3,500
- Heart of the Ocean: With this ability, a cat of Crashingwaves will be able to receive revelation from the Moon or the Ocean, the guardian deities of Crashingwaves. Cost: 7,000
- Fog Veil: Using the water in the air, a Crashingwaves cat will be able to create a fog of varying intensity to hide themselves or make a quick getaway. If the fog is too thick, however, the user won't be able to see through it! Using it too often or making fogs too thick may leave the cat drained of energy. Cost: 1,500
RUINPLACE
- Element Upgrade — Ruinplace: For cats in Ruinplace or of Ruinplace heritage, this upgrade will enable them to manipulate their Air abilities into that of Lightning; they will be able to call down small lightning bolts and create small bursts of electricity. Cost: 5,500
- Weather Dancer: If a cat uses this ability, he or she may alter the weather to their liking, but only for a short time. Using this ability on the Skytower will make the weather change for a longer duration. Cost: 2,500
- Element Upgrade — VS. Shadowtrees: No matter how strong the wind, the Earth stands steadfastly before the element of Air. With this skill, however, cats of Ruinplace will find their attacks able to injure Shadowtrees cats more effectively and they themselves will take less damage from Earth-based attacks. Cost: 3,500
- Soul of the Sky: With this ability, a cat of Ruinplace will be able to receive revelation from the Cats of the Sky, the guardian deities of Ruinplace. Cost: 7,000
- Static Jump: This nifty little ability grants cats of Ruinplace the ability to jump higher and farther than usual by converting small portions of their internal element into electricity, but it's quite draining if used multiple times in a row. Cost: 1,500
SHADOWTREES
- Element Upgrade — Shadowtrees: For cats in Shadowtrees or of Shadowtrees heritage, this upgrade will enable them to manipulate their Earth abilities into that of Forest; they will be able to summon small plants to constrict the foe or manipulate the vegetation of the area for their own purposes. Cost: 5,500
- Shadowstealth: Enables a character of Shadowtrees to turn temporarily invisible in bright sunlight or indefinitely in the shadows. They can still be smelled or heard, however. Cost: 2,500
- Element Resistance — VS. Sunnysands: Cats of Shadowtrees fear fire above the other elements. With this ability, a cat from Shadowtrees will find themselves able to fight Sunnysands cats more effectively and take less injuries from their Fire attacks. Cost: 3,500
- Voice of the Earth: With this ability, a cat of Shadowtrees will be able to receive revelation from Yggdrasil, the guardian deity of Shadowtrees. Cost: 7,000
- Earth Walker: If this ability is activated, a Shadowtrees cat will find himself or herself able to move soundlessly through the land by causing the earth to ever so slightly shift to prevent noise. However, using it too frequently will result in drained energy; you can't tap into the earth's powers forever, you know. Cost: 1,500
SUNNYSANDS
- Element Upgrade — Sunnysands: For cats in Sunnysands or of Sunnysands heritage, this upgrade will enable them to manipulate their Fire abilities into that of Magma; they will be able to harness the more destructive force of lava, but unlike the default Sunnysands Fire element, the caster is not immune from the Magma. Cost: 5,500
- Smokesight: Though Sunnysands cats are immune to fires they create, they can't see through smoke. With this nifty little ability, your character will be able to see through even the densest of smoke. Cost: 2,500
- Element Resistance — VS. Crashingwaves: Water puts out fire, but with this skill, Sunnysands cats will have a fighting chance against a member of Crashingwaves. A Sunnysands cat with this ability will be less injured from a Water-based attack and will be able to injure a cat of Crashingwaves with a Fire-based attack. Cost: 3,500
- Life of the Flame: With this ability, a cat of Sunnysandss will be able to receive revelation from the Sun, the guardian deity of Sunnysands. Cost: 7,000
- Solar Power: As long as the sun is shining on them, a Sunnysands cat will find himself or herself with increased strength and energy, but once the sun goes down or the cat goes into the shade after using this ability, then he or she will feel quite drained. This ability also drains energy if used too frequently or for too long. Cost: 1,500
